摘要
创新型科技人才是推动科技创新的核心力量。以影响个人发展的三大商数(IQ、EQ、AQ)为研究视角,通过对创新型科技人才内涵的界定,在分析了3Q与创新型科技人才关系的基础上,结合西安市科技人才创新素质的调研数据,构建出了基于3Q的四维度创新型科技人才素质模型。
The scientific innovation talents play the key role in the process of technological innovation.In the perspective of 3Q,through the definition of them and the analysis of the relationship between 3Qand them,this paper builds up a four-dimensional innovative quality model,which is based on the research data of innovative quality about Xian＇s science and technological talents.
