摘要
落实科学发展观和实施人才强国战略是我们当前的两个重大战略任务,二者之间关系是必须明确的问题。落实科学发展观要把握“发展”是根本,而当今时代要发展必须依靠科技与人才这个关键,在当今中国更是如此;科学发展观所要求的“五个统筹”的实现,从根本上说都要走科技与人才之路。落实科学发展观必须与人才强国战略结合起来。
The two great strategic tasks at present are to carry out the view of scientific development and to implement the strategy of revitalizing China through talents. It is quite neeessary to define the relation between the two. ＂Development＂ is the root of implementing the view of scientific development, while the development in nowadays depends on science and talents. Basical- ly, the realization of ＂five overall plans＂ in the view of scientific development needs the development of science, technology and talents. The implementation of the view must be combined with the strategy.
