摘要
做出创新成就关键是必须拥有创新素质。本文从心理学的角度分析了创新人才的特殊素质、创新素质的组成要素及其结构关系 。
Only by owning special diathesis-innovation diathesis,can we likely turn in innovation achievement The text analyses clearly the elements of diathesis of innovation talent,innovation diathesis and its structural relation, in the opinion of psycholsogy It also points out that we must train innovation talent by forming their innovation diathesis
