基于SEM的煤机装备制造业技术创新人才培养研究

摘要 本文基于素质结构理论,构建了煤机装备制造业技术创新人才的培养模型。通过访谈法、问卷调查等方式收集所需数据,并利用结构方程方法对模型进行实证分析。首先对样本数据进行探索性因子分析,得出技术创新人才培养模型由四个素质维度构成,然后通过验证性因子分析进行拟合验证了其合理性。最后得出煤机行业技术创新人才培养模型可由创新意识、个性特质、知识技能、创新能力四个素质维度构成,为以后煤机行业人才的选拔与培养提供理论依据。 Based on the quality structure theory, this paper constructs the technological innovation talent training model of the coal equipment manufacturing industry. Through the collection of interviews and questionnaires get the required data, and carries on the empirical analysis by using the structural equation method. Firstly, use exploratory factor analysis the sample data, the technical innovation personnel training model is consisted of four quality dimensions of, and then through the confirmatory factor analysis verified the rationality of fitting. The training model of technology innovation talents in coal industry can be composed of innovation consciousness, personality traits, knowledge and skills, innovation ability four quality dimensions, provide a theoretical basis for the selectio'n and training of personnel in the coal industry.
