摘要
采用单因素试验及响应曲面优化设计研究溶剂种类、溶剂浓度、料液比和提取次数对糜子壳粉中多酚类化合物提取的影响,找出糜壳总酚的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,糜子壳中多酚成分提取的最佳工艺条件为丙酮浓度90%、料液比1∶30(g/ml)、提取次数5次,在此条件下,多酚理论得率为1.465%,实际得率达1.458%。
Single factor design and response surface methodology(RSM)were applied to optimize the extraction conditions of polyphenol from Proso millet pericarp.The optimized conditions were as follows:acetone concentration 90%,sample-to-solvent ratio 1∶30(g/ml)and five extraction times.The theoretical extraction yield of polyphenol is 1.465% under these parameters.
