摘要
研究四种不同提取方式的马尾松松针提取物(Pinus massoniana);热风干燥水提(HWP)、热风干燥醇提(HEP)、冷冻干燥水提(FWP)、冷冻干燥醇提(FEP)对1,1-苯基-2-苦肼基自由基(DPPH·)清除能力及对三价铁的还原能力,并以BHT作为对照;同时测定了提取物中的总酚、总黄酮含量。结果显示,四种提取物具有较强的抗氧化能力,HEP、FEP清除DPPH自由基能力,还原三价铁能力均强于BHT,而FWP、HWP清除DPPH自由基能力,还原三价铁能力弱于BHT。四种提取物内总酚、总黄酮含量存在差异,HEP内总酚含量最为丰富,FEP内总黄酮含量最高,并与其抗氧化性能存在相关性。
The antioxidant activities of both water and ethanol extracts from hot air-dried and freeze-dried Pinus massoniana needles were evaluated using different antioxidant tests, reductive potential, and free radical scavenging.Extracts of Pinus massoniana needles exhibited strong free radical scavenging.The result showed that reductive potential and free radical scavenging of HEP and FEP were higher than dibutyl hydroxy toluene (BHT) as positive control.But reductive potential and free radical scavenging of positive control BHT were higher than FWP and HWP.The total phenolic and the total flavornoides content of 1 mg of HEP, FEP, FWP, HWP were different.The content of total phenolic of HEP and the content of total fiavornoides of FEP were more than the other treatment.The result showed a positive relation between total phenolic content ; total flavornoids content and antioxidant activity.
