摘要
在分析和评价青海省西宁市建设用地现状的基础上,建立了城市土地集约利用潜力评价模型,采用层次分析法确定评价指标权重,计算出城市土地利用潜力分值,并确定潜力级别。结果表明,西宁市城市土地集约利用潜力处于中等水平。
Based on analyzing and evaluating status of construction-used land of Xining City in Qinghai Province,the evaluation model was established for concentrated utilization potential of urban land.The weights of evaluation indexes were ascertained by using analytic hierarchy process,the score of land utilization potential was calculated and the potential classes were confirmed.The results showed that the concentrated utilization potential of urban land in Xining City was at middle level.
