摘要
针对目前我国经营城市背景下的政府城镇土地供应情况进行分析,着重指出城镇土地供应存在的问题和危害,在此基础上提出了矫正城市土地供应行为及政策偏差的对策建议。
This paper analyzed the urban land supply situation under the background of managing city, indicated emphatically the existing problems of urban land supplies, and pointed out the harm of urban land supplies. On this basis, the countermeasures and suggestions that correcting urban land supplies behaviors and policy deviation were put forward.
