摘要
目的研究B物质对肛泰指示成分盐酸小檗碱透皮、释放的影响。方法通过离体透皮实验,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和紫外分光光度法(UV法)分别测定肛泰指示成分盐酸小檗碱的透过量、释放量,观察B物质对肛泰透皮、释放的影响。结果 B物质对肛泰指示成分盐酸小檗碱的透皮吸收影响不明显(P>0.05),但能使其累积释放量和释放速率均明显减少(P<0.05)。结论 B物质可使肛泰中指示成分盐酸小檗碱的累积释放量明显减少,但由于透皮速率远小于释放速率,因此还不能确定B物质是否影响肛泰指示成分透皮。
Objective To study the effect of B substance on permeation and release of Gangtai＇s active constituent-Berberine Hydrochloride（BHC）.Methods Through transdermal Absorption experiment,detected the permeation and release of BHC by HPLC and UV respectively,and observed the influence of B sustance to permeation and release of Gangtai＇s active constituent.Results B substance was of no significant impact on the transdermal Absorption of BHC（P0.05）,but could reduce the quantity of cumulative release and the rate of release（P0.05）.Conclusion B substance can reduce the quantity of cumulative release,but because the permeation rate is far less than the release rate,so it is not certain whether B substance affects the permeation of Gangtai＇s active constituent.
