摘要
目的 :观察“复康牌”药磁腰托疗法对腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效并探讨其作用机理。方法 :按纳入标准将 6 0例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为试验组和对照组各 30例。对照组采用①腰椎牵引 ;②中频电疗法 ;③推拿按摩。试验组在此基础上增加“复康牌”药磁腰托疗法 (腰托内含磁片和中药 )。治疗前及治疗后一周、两周、四周分别进行疼痛及腰椎功能评估。所有结果均进行统计学分析 (t检验 )。结果 :治疗后两组患者疼痛及腰椎功能较治疗前都有改善 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 0 1) ;但随时间推移试验组的疗效逐渐优于对照组 (组间比较P <0 0 5或P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :“复康牌”药磁腰托疗法能有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛 ,改善腰椎功能 ,因而是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的安全有效的方法 。
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of'Fu-Kang'waistband therapy on lumbar disc herniation and the study of it's effective mechanism.Methods:Sixty patients with standard diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups (experiment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with lumbar traction,medium frequency electrotherapy and massage,while patients in the experiment group were treated not only with the methods as the same as the control group,but also with 'Fu-Kang'waistband therapy(waistband combining with magnetic disks and traditional Chinese medicine).The pain and the lumbar spine function of the patients were evaluated before and after treatment(one week,two weeks and four weeks after treatment,respectively).All of the data were treated statistically with t-test.Results:Compared with the pre-treatment,the pain and the lumbar spine function of the two groups were improved(P<0.05 or P<0.001),but the result of the experiment group was better than that of the control group as the time going on(P<0.05 or P<0.001).Conclusions:'Fu-Kang'waistband therapy could more effectively relieve the pain and improve the lumbar spine function,so it was a safe and effective therapy for lumbar disc herniation,and worth popularization.
