摘要
目的 :探讨透皮吸收促进剂对吲哚美辛乳膏透皮吸收的影响。方法 :采用简单扩散小室 ,用紫外分光光度法测定 6种处方的吲哚美辛乳膏 10h后离体鼠皮透皮吸收药量。结果 :吲哚美辛透皮累积释药量与时间呈线性关系 ,释放过程符合零级动力学过程。与不含透皮吸收促进剂的乳膏比较 ,添加 10 %尿素为促进剂时 ,释药速率无显著提高。而添加 1% ,2 % ,3 %月桂氮芯卓 酮为促进剂时 ,释药速率显著提高 ,当乳膏中同时添加 2 %月桂氮芯卓 酮和 2 %月桂醇硫酸钠混合促进剂时其释放速率与仅添加 2 %月桂氮芯卓酮为促进剂时差异无显著性。结论 :月桂氮芯卓 酮能显著促进吲哚美辛乳膏的体外透皮释药速率 ,并以 2 %用量时效果较佳。乳膏中乳化剂月桂醇硫酸钠的用量增大时 ,对月桂氮芯卓 酮的促进吸收作用无显著改善。
OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of penetration enhancers on the permeability of indomathacin ointment through rat skin.METHODS:Measure the cumulative penetration amount of indomathacin from three ointment containing different penetration eahancers by usint simple diffusion mini cell and UV spectrophotometry.RESULTS:The cumulative penetration amount of indomathacin was linear related to time.And t test was used for the significance test.The penetrating rate was significantly increased when azone was used as penetration enhancer,but urine as penetration enhancer and sodium dodecyl sulphate had no remarkable effects on penetrating rate.CONCLUSIONS:Azone could significantly enhance the penetrating rate of indomathacin from ointment,esecially when 2% of azone was added ,but neither urine nor sodium dodecyl sulphate. [
