乙醇对胃黏膜作用机制的研究进展 被引量:47

摘要 乙醇是一种无色有特殊香味的液态有机溶剂,是饮用酒及乙醇性饮料的主要成分.高浓度乙醇可直接腐蚀胃黏膜组织,引起胃黏膜急性炎症,黏膜出现充血、水肿、出血、糜烂及溃疡形成等.慢性饮酒对胃十二指肠黏膜的影响较为复杂.慢性酗酒可致胃肠功能紊乱、慢性萎缩性胃炎,与胃癌发生关系密切.此外,慢性适量饮酒可能对胃黏膜具有适应性细胞保护作用.乙醇在胃内经乙醇脱氢酶作用可被氧化成乙醛而损伤胃黏膜.乙醇尚可影响胃酸分泌、引起胃组织产生损伤性介质使胃黏膜损伤性因素增强,损伤胃黏膜屏障、减少胃黏膜保护性物质含量、影响胃黏膜微循环等使胃黏膜保护性因素削弱,影响胃、十二指肠动力等而致胃黏膜损伤.
