摘要
脉冲电镀具有镀件质量好、生产效率高、节约原材料及环保等优点。分析了单金属电镀、合金电镀在国内企业中的研究及应用现状,研究表明,大型企业由于研发实力较强,脉冲电镀技术应用情况较好,但是,中小企业由于经济实力及技术水平的限制,推广应用还比较困难。指出降低脉冲电源价格、优化普通金属脉冲电镀工艺配方是推动该技术在国内中小企业应用的有效途径。
Pulse electroplating possesses the advantages of the good deposition quality, higher production efficiency, conservation of raw materials and environmental protection. The present situation of the singlemetal electroplating and alloy electroplating in the domestic enterprises is analyzed. It is shown that the pulse electroplating technology is applied widely because of the stronger research ability, but the application of the pulse electroplating technology is more difficult in the small enterprises because of the economic strength and technological level restrictions. Additionally, it is pointed out that reducing the price of the power and optimizing the plating parameters are the basic strategy for the improvement of application in the small enterprises.
