摘要
应用差示扫描热分析(DSC)研究化学沉积的非晶态Ni_(2.7)P合金的等温结晶过程。测得晶化活化能为528 kJ·mol^(-1),Avrami指数n=2.6。根据非晶态固体结晶机理的近似模式n=a+bP,推断该种合金的晶化过程是按恒成核速率(a=1)和三维生长(b=3)扩散控制(p=0.5)的模式进行。
The isothermal crystallization of electroless deposited amorphous Ni_(2.7)P alloy have been investigated by means of differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The measured activation energy for crystallization transformation is 528 kJ/mol and Avrami index n is 2.6. According to the approximate model of crystallization mechanism for amorphous solid n=a+bp, it can be deduced that the crystallization process of the amorphous Ni_(2.7)P alloy is consistent with a model of constant nucleation rate crystallization and three-dimensional diffusion controlled growth.
