摘要
目的:明确不同板蓝根种质药效学差别,为板蓝根优良品种选育、生产栽培提供依据。方法:通过板蓝根不同种质水提液细胞毒试验、抗病毒试验、抑菌试验,进行抗病毒、抑菌效果比较。结果:小叶板蓝根对细胞的毒性作用、抗病毒作用以及对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用均明显优于大叶板蓝根,从药效学监督看小叶板蓝根可以作为板蓝根栽培的优良品种进行推广应用。
Objective ： The pharmacodynamics differences in different germplasms oi isatldlS radix were studied to provide basis for the field production. Methods： The water extracts from the germplasms of isatidis radix were used in cytotoxicity test, antivirus and antibacterial tests. Results： It was found that toxicity to cells, antivirus and bacteriostasis effects toward golden staphylococci of small leaf isatidis radix were obviously stronger than those of the big leaf one, the small leaf one should be used in production as an improved variety of isatidis radix.
