摘要
目的 :对板蓝根 70 %乙醇提取液的抗炎作用进行了研究。方法 :用二甲苯致增加均小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿、大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生及醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性的方法 ,观察板蓝根的抗炎作用。结果 :板蓝根对二甲苯致增加均小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿、大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生及醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性均有抑制作用。结论
Objective:The resarches have been made on the anti_inflammatory functions of the solution obstracted from Isatis Indigotice Fort and alcohol(70%).Methods:Pimethyl benzene was used to make swelling of the mouses ear worse,acetic acid to make the permeabitity of blood capilaries.The anti_inflammatory function of Isatis Indigotice Fort was observed.Results:That Isatis Indigotice Fort has the inhibiton effects on the swelling of the mouse's ear caused by dimethyl benzene,on the swelling of big mouse's foot caused by cotton_ball granulation and on the permeability of blood capilaries caused by acetic acid.Condusion:It has the anti_inflammatory effect. [
