摘要
目的：观察中西药联合治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎疗效。方法：６１例６１只眼随机分为板蓝根注射液治疗组（３１例）和西药治疗对照组（３０例），前者应用板蓝根注射液结膜下注射及肌内注射，西药对照组采用病毒唑结膜下注射，两者均局部应用０．１％无环鸟苷滴眼液滴眼。结果：板蓝根治疗组浅、深层治愈率分别为９４．７％及７５．０％，疗程平均１６．２天及２２．７天；西药对照组浅、深层治愈率分别为８３．３％及５８．３％，疗程平均２１．７天及２７．２天；两组治愈率及疗程差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：板蓝根注射液治疗可提高该病的治愈率，缩短疗程。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of Banlangen(BLG) injection on herpes simplex heratitis(HSK).Methods:Sixty one cases (61 eyes) of HSK were randomly divided into two groups:31 cases were treated with BLG subconjunctival and intramuscular injection while the other 30 cases treated with virazole subconjunctival injection.Meanwhile 0.1 % acycloguanosine drops(ACV) were applied locally in both groups.Results:The curative rates for superficial HSK and HSK profunda in BLG treated group were 94.7 %,75% with average course of 16.2 , 22.7 days,while those in the control group were 83.3 %, 58.3 % with 21.7 , 27.2 days.Significant differences in the curative rates and courses of treatment were found between the two groups.Conclusion:BLG injection is effective in the treatment of HSK.
