摘要
目的：分析南京地区神经系统药物消费状况。方法：采用金额排序法分析了南京地区１７家医院神经系统药物消费比重和主要品种，并与《国家基本药物目录》（１９９８年版）作了比较。结果：１９９７年南京地区１７家医院购入的神经系统药物品种为１２９种，总计金额为２４５５．８４万元，占全部药品购药金额的６．２１％，按药品大类排序居第５位；统计神经系统药物５６个主要品种，４４个在《国家基本药物目录》（１９９８年版）范围内。结论：神经系统药物在南京整个用药系统中占有重要地位，神经系统药物消费水平与《国家基本药物目录》相适应，比较合理。
AIM:To analysis the current situation of drug consumption for nervous diseases in Nanjing district.METHODS:According to the order of sum of money,the share and main varieties of drugs used for nervous diseases in 17 hospitals in 1997 were analysed,and compared with the CATALOGUE OF NATIONAL BASIC DRUGS(1998 edition).RESULTS:The variety of drugs consumed for nervous diseases were 129,the sum of money was 2 455.84 yuan accounting for 6.21% of total drug consumption.They ranked fifth in the order of categories;Statistically,of 56 main drugs for nervous diseases,44 were within the range of the CATALOGUE OF NATIONAL BASIC DRUGS(1998 edition).CONCLUSION:The drug-consumption for nervous diseases occupied an important place in the total drug consumption in Nanjing district and the level of drug consumption corresponded to the CATALOGUE OF NATIONAL BASIC DRUGS(1998 edition).
