摘要
目的 了解麻醉药品的临床应用情况及用药趋势。方法 采用金额排序和用药频度，对我院2002～2004年麻醉药品进行统计分析。结果 我院麻醉药品用药金额逐年增加，平均占全院用药总金额的0．18％。用药频度居前三位的分别是芬太尼注射液、盐酸哌替啶注射液、硫酸吗啡控释片。结论 掌握医院麻醉药品的应用情况，有助于药品的妥善管理和合理使用。
Aim To analyze the present condition and tendency of narcotic druguse in our hospital. Method Analysis was made according to the order of consumption sum and order of the DDDs of narcotic drugs which were applied in our hospital from 2002 to 2004. Resuits The sum of money for consumption has increased sueeessively. The average annual eonsumption of narcotic drugs accounted for 0. 18% of the sum of money for total consumption. Fentanyl injection,pethidine hydrochloride injection and morphine sulfate controlled-release occupied the front places in the list of DDDs. Conclusion The information of consumption of narcotic drugs is an important referenee to improving rational drug use in hospital.
