摘要
目的:了解第二类精神药品在我院的使用情况,为精神药品的合理使用提供指导,促进合理用药。方法:采用WHO推荐的限定日剂量(defined daily dose,DDD)作为药物使用研究的测量单位,以药物利用指数(drug utilization index,DUI)作为对各种药品处方用量进行分析的指标。DUI>1.0,说明处方剂量>DDD,表明用药存在不合理;反之则说明处方剂量<DDD,表明用药基本合理。结果:我院应用的10种第二类精神药品中,9种药物的DUI<1.0。结论:我院住院精神药品使用基本合理,部分用药需引起重视。
Objective：To understand the usage condition of the second spirit drugs in our hospital,so as to provide the instruction for the reasonable usage of spirit drugs and promote reasonable medication.Methods ：The defined daily dose （DDD） recommended by world health organization （WHO） was used as measuring unit in research on medicine use,the drug utilization index （DUI） was used as the analysis index for the prescription dosage of various drugs.When DUI〉l.0,it elucidated the prescription dosage〉DDD ,and showed that the medication was not reasonable, conversely, the medication was basicly reasonable.Results：Of 10 kinds of the second spirit durgs used in our hospital,9 of them with DUI were less than 1.0.Conclusion：The medication of spirit drugs in our hospital is basiely reasonable,but some of them need to be paid much attention.
