基于AutoMod仿真平台的有色金属立体仓储存放系统仿真分析 被引量:5

摘要 建立了一种粉末状有色金属自动化立体仓库系统,介绍了基于粒子群算法,应用改进的粒子群算法对堆垛机作业系统进行了优化,应用AutoMod仿真试验平台,建立了该自动化仓储系统的实体模型,取得了详尽的模拟运行结果及试验数据。运行结果表明,系统在整个运行期间运行流畅。仿真数据表明堆垛机运行时间占总运行时间的91.2%呈现高效率状态,平均停车时间只占总运行时间的8.8%。所得到的仿真结果作为某色金属物流仓储系统的决策依据。 Has established one powdery non-ferrous metal automation multi-layered storehouse system,introduced based on the grain of subgroup algorithm,has carried on the optimization using the improvement grain of subgroup algorithm to the hay stacker work system,applies the AutoMod simulation testing platform,established should automate warehousing system's full-scale mockup,has obtained the exhaustive simulation run result and the tentative data.The movement result indicated that the system is smooth in the entire movement period movement.The simulated data indicated that the hay stacker running time accounts for the total running time 91.2% to present the high efficiency condition,the average stopped time only accounts for the total running time 8.8%.Obtains the simulation result takes some color metal physical distribution warehousing system's policy-making basis.
