摘要
采用蚁群优化算法解决自动化仓库中存取路径优化问题。通过多次求解后发现寻优过程的关键,是适当控制蚁群算法的正反馈作用。在计算过程中加小扰动入分量γ(t),可有效地控制正反馈。通过组态王软件进行系统组态设计,上位机对立体仓库现场设备进行数据采集与处理,下位机PLC控制拖动系统在立体仓库的行与列方向运动,使得自动完成存货和取货直观、方便灵活。
Ant colony optimization algorithm is applied to solve the problem access route optimization of automated warehouse in this paper. The key in optimization process is proper control the positive feedback effect of ant colony algo- rithm, the positive feedback effect is effectively controlled by adding small disturbance y(t). This paper describes the auto- mated warehouse configuration design, through the kingview software system configuration design, host-- PC sample data and process them from site equipments in warehouse, PLC control and make the system to move on horizontal and vertical direction in warehouse making automatic completion of inventory and pickup intuitive, convenient and flexible.
