摘要
目的:从员工评价的角度,了解目前乡镇卫生院员工激励因素的现状。方法:对样本乡镇卫生院进行机构问卷调查、员工问卷调查、员工个人深入访谈和机构文件收集。结果:乡镇卫生院人员收入水平较低;收入分配主要标准是业务创收;大部员工认为卫生院设备条件较落后,奖惩制度设计不尽合理;员工培训次数少,职业发展机会有限。结论:激励制度改革应从多个方面着手,以提高农村基层卫生人力的工作动力。
Objective:To investigate the current situation of incentive factors for health professionals in Chinese township health centers.Methods:Some township health centers were sampled and surveyed with facility questionnaire,staff questionnaire and in-depth interview.And documents review was used for data collection.Results:The health workers in township health centers had low income,which was mainly from how much they earned for township health centers.The development of township health centers′ equipments was far behind.Their incentive and penalty system was unreasonable.And the professionals′ opportunities of training and career development were limited.Conclusion:The incentive mechanism should be reformed from several aspects to improve the motivation of rural health professionals.
