摘要
依据卫生系统宏观模型思路，应用层次分析法，逻辑推论了社会普遍关注的焦点问题———医疗费用过快增长的直接相关因素和间接促发因素，总结出焦点问题和一系列与卫生系统有关的社会问题的作用机制模型，即社会互动：医院补偿机制恶性循环模型。
Based on the macromodel thinking over the health care system and using the strata analysis methodology, this essay logically infered the popularly concerned social focusrapidly growing medical expenses and their directly/indirectly relevant factors or triggers. The working mechanisms of the focus issues interacted with a series of social problems related to health care system is summarized up, ie., the social interaction: deteriorating circle model of hospital reimbursement mechanism.
