摘要
在卫生公平理念和视角下,通过对浙江农村不同经济地区的考察,揭示了浙江农村基层卫生资源相对不足、农民总体满意度较低,农民就医习惯不够理性、基层卫生资源利用率有待提升,区域性医疗卫生服务供给能力差异显著、均等化程度较低,新农合医疗保障能力偏弱、各地区实施效果差异较大等问题,在此基础上,提出了优化投入机制、加强卫生筹资和供给能力,尊重区域性需求差异、优化医疗卫生服务结构,健全新农合制度、强化基本医疗保障机制,完善医疗服务体系、加强服务能力建设等对策建议。
From the perspective of health equality and based on study in the rural areas in Zhejiang province with different economic levels, The essay focuses on the quantity and utilization of medical care ＆ health resources, the ability of medical services and health care,as well as the situation and trends of equalization. Then,it puts forward the countermeasures on the input regulations, items structures, the new rural cooperative medical system and medical care ＆ health services system with the purpose of improving health equality and efficiency.
