摘要
追求卫生服务公平性是构建和谐社会的主要内容。卫生服务的公平性主要包括三种:卫生资源分布的公平性、卫生服务利用的公平性和卫生服务筹资的公平性。国际性的医疗卫生实践表明,社区卫生服务是成本效益很好的干预措施,也是政府承担主要责任的卫生服务领域。在我国,大力发展社区卫生服务对于满足居民的基本医疗卫生服务和公共卫生的需要、实现卫生服务公平性,具有极为重要的意义。
Equity of health service is the main content of constructing the harmonious society. Equity in health care includes the equity in health resource distribution, the equity in health service utility and the equity in health financing. International practice in health care shows that community health service is an intervening way with excellent cost-benefit, and is also the field in health care for the government to take the most responsibility. Developing community health service is of great significance in satisfying the people＇s needs in basic health service and public health, and in realizing equity in health care.
