摘要
从理论上阐述了卫生服务公平性的各项基本概念，包括卫生服务提供的公平性、卫生服务筹资的公平性、卫生服务需要的公平性、卫生服务健康的公平性。阐述了卫生服务公平性的各种研究方法，主要包括极差法、劳伦兹曲线和基尼系数、集中指数法、多因素分析等。最后阐述了目前我国卫生事业的成就和存在的问题并提出了相应的建议。
In this paper,the authors described the various basic concepts of healthcare equity,including the equity of healthcare service,the fairness of financial contribution of healthcare service,the fairness of healthcare demands,and the equity of healthcare service health.Various methods of healthcare equity were also presented,including range method,Lorenz Curve and Gini Coefficient,the index of dissimilarity,the method of concentration curve,and analysis of multi-factors.At last,the authors summarized the achievements made in healthcare in China and offered suggestions for the existing problems.
