摘要
为了普及与推广速度滑冰初学者教学方法,结合多年教学经验对速度滑冰初学者的教学方法进行研究,总结出陆地五步教学法和分组教学法,并提出理论答疑、用轮滑课辅助练习、克服初学者的"习得性无助感"等初学者教学中应注意的问题,为速度滑冰初学者教学提供借鉴。
In order to popularize the methods of teaching the speed skating beginners,basing on the longstanding teaching experience,the article has a research on the teaching methods.It summarizes two methods：five-step method and grouping methods.In the teaching,it puts forward some suggestions as a reference of teaching the speed skating beginners：theoretic answer,assistant exercise of roller skating,help the beginners overcome the learned helplessness.
