摘要
在高校公体速度滑冰教学中,依据学生的学习兴趣、身体条件等个体差异将学生进行分组,按照培养目标和适应对象采用"每组一方"的授课形式进行运动处方式教学。教学实践表明:进行运动处方式教学可以更加明确和细化体育课堂培养目标,突出学生的主体地位,促进学生的个性发展,培养学生浓厚的学习兴趣,调动学生的学习积极性,增强学生良好的体育意识。
In the speed skating teaching of public physical education in universities, it may divide the undergraduates into several groups by considering the individual difference of their learning interest and body condition, and apply the "one exercise prescription one group" teaching means according to teaching purpose and individual adaption. The teaching practice shows that the teaching means of exercise prescription may definitize and fractionize the teaching purpose of physical education, stand out the undergraduates status of main body, advance the their individuality development, increase their more learning interest, mobilize their learning positivity, enhance their well consciousness of physical education.
