摘要
深化高校冬季体育教学改革就是要挖掘冬季体育教学中快乐的属性,使冬季体育教学寓教于乐,激发大学生参与冬季体育教学的积极性,通过冬季体育教学实现大学生们良好思想品德、健康人格和终身体育意识的养成。冬季体育教学中具有竞争、游戏和娱乐等快乐属性,竞争性能激发大学生的学习、练习的兴趣,有效地促进大学生的体魄、心理和竞争能力的提升,对大学生良好思想品德、健康人格和终身体育意识的养成具有重要的意义;游戏性能改变传统的教学模式,使冬季体育教学课堂变得活泼、生动和有趣,使冬季体育课程能与大学生的爱玩、好动和喜欢刺激的天性产生共鸣,激发大学生参与冬季体育教学、训练和学习的兴趣与思维的想象力;娱乐属性是开展体育教学的基础,如果缺乏冬季体育教学的娱乐性将导致任课体育教师厌教,大学生厌学的尴尬、窘迫的局面。提出创新的教学理念、构建和谐的教学环境、丰富冬季体育教学内容与方法等措施实现冬季体育教学中快乐属性。
Deepening the reform of winter physical education in universities is to excavate its happy attribute for making it into edutainment, arousing the undergraduates positivity of participating in the winter physical education and developing their right ideological morality, healthy personality and consciousness of lifelong physical education. The winter physical education has such happy attributes as competition, play and enter tainment, which competition attribute can inspire the undergraduates'interest in learning and exercise, and effectively improve their physique, mentality and competitiveness with its significance for developing their well ideological morality, healthy personality and consciousness of lifelong physical education ; which play at tribute can turn the traditional teaching mode of winter physical education into lively, lifesome and interest ing way, please the undergraduates to learn and practice the winter sports activities by resonating their play ful, active and like exciting nature and inspiring their thinking imagination; which entertainment attribute is a basis of developing the physical education, without this attribute it will result in an embarrassing situa tion : the teachers being weary of teaching and the undergraduates being weary of learning. In order to actu alize the happy attribute of winter physical education, the paper suggests some measures to innovate the teaching idea, develop a tuneful teaching environment and enrich the teaching content and methods.
