摘要
在pH4.50的酸性介质中,亚铜试剂与Cu(Ⅰ)生成紫色配合物,与强酸性阳离子交换树脂交换吸附,可进行树脂相分光光度法测定痕量Cu(Ⅰ).最大吸收波长λmax为520nm;表观摩尔吸光系数ε为6.8×104L·mol-1·cm-1;Cu(Ⅰ)在0~1.48mg·L-1范围内符合Beer定律.用此法测定天然水中痕量Cu(Ⅰ)。
A resin phase spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Cu(Ⅰ) based on formation of the purprish red complex with cuproine under the acid condition of pH4.50 is described.The maximum absorption wavelength is at 520nm.The apparent molar absorption coefficient ε is 6.8[KG-1mm]×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .The Beers law is obeyed for the concentration of Cu(Ⅰ) in the range of0~1.48mg·L -1 .The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace Cu(Ⅰ) in natural water with satisfactory results.
