摘要
在pH4.7 酸性介质中,Cu(Ⅱ)与4-(5-氧-2-吡啶偶氮)-1,3-二氨基苯生成有色络合物,与强酸性阳离子交换树脂交换吸附,可进行树脂相分光光度法测定痕Cu(Ⅱ).最大吸收波长λ_max=500mm,表观摩尔吸光系数8=2.8x10~5,Cu(Ⅱ)量在0~9μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律.用此法测定水样中痕量Cu(Ⅱ),结果令人满意.
In the acid medium of pH 4.7, Cu (Ⅱ) and 4-(5-chloro-2-pyridylazo) -l, 3-diaminobenzene formed a colored complex which can be quantitatively adsorbed on the strong acid cation exchange exchange. resin. The maximum absorption wevelength is at 500nm the apparent molar absorptivity is 2.8x 10~5L·mol^-1·cm^-1.The Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-9μg/25mL for CU(Ⅱ). The proposed method has ho applied to the determination of trace Cu(Ⅱ) in water samples with satisfatory results.
