摘要
采用静态方法从多种大孔树脂中筛选出X_5,AB_8两种树脂,它们对紫草色素具有较好的吸附能力,同时对糖吸附弱,多次高温灭菌后进行的吸附实验显示其吸附性能变化不大.摇瓶培养实验结果表明:树脂的最佳添加量为6.7%,色素的产量比常规培养分别增加了5.2和6倍.反应器与AB_8树脂柱相偶联进行同时分离色素的培养实验,结果使色素产量增加了5.3倍.
Two kinds resin(X_5, AB_8) were chosen from six kinds of resin. They adsorb more Shikonin and less sugar. They can be used repeatedly and sterilized many times under the temperature 121 ℃, and their adsorbent properities change little. In flask culture, when the optimum quantity of resins was 6.7%, the Shikonin production increased by 5.2 and 6 fold respectively. An air_lift bioreactor system equipped with a AB_8 column was established, which stimulated Shikonin production by 5.3 fold.
