摘要
用结扎双侧颈总动脉合并血压下降法,造成大鼠不完全性脑缺血模型,观察益气活血法对急性缺血脑组织中一氧化氮(NO)及自由基含量的影响。结果显示,益气组、活血组和益气活血组海马组织NO含量均低于模型组(P<0.05),3个用药组大脑皮层脑组织过氧化脂质(LPO)生成减少(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性升高(P<0.05,P<0.001,P<0.01),活血组、益气活血组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高(均为P<0.001)。提示益气法、活血法、益气活血法可能是通过减少缺血脑组织中NO的生成,减轻NO介导的神经毒性作用,提高自由基清除酶的活性,抑制脂质过氧化反应,而对缺血性脑组织损伤起保护作用的。
The rat model with acute cerebral ischemia was established by ligation of bilateral common carotid arteries and lowering blood pressure to investigate the effects of the therapy of reinforcing Qi and activating blood circulation on the contents of NO and free radical in brain tissue. Three groups of the model were subjected to the experiment, i.e., Group I treated by reinforcing Qi,Group Ⅱ by activating blood circulation and Group Ⅲ by both, with a group of untreated model as control. The results showed that the NO content in the hippocampal tissue of all three groups was lowered as compared with that of the control group (P< 0.05 ),the production of LPO was decreased (P< 0.05 ,P< 0.01 ,P< 0.05 respectively),the activity of glutathione peroxidase was increased (P< 0.05 ,P< 0.001 ,P< 0.01 respectively), and the SOD activity was increased in Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ(P< 0.001 ).It is suggested that the therapy of reinforcing Qi and activating blood circulation exerts a protective effect on acute cerebral ischemia by decreasing the production of NO in brain tissue ,reducing the neurotoxic action mediated by NO, increasing the activity of SOD and inhibiting lipid peroxidation.
