摘要
在体外采用FeSO4/抗坏血酸自由基产生系统,发现大鼠脑组织产生的脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)呈浓度依赖性增加,而其超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)则呈浓度依赖性降低;甘露醇和川芎嗪对此变化无明显影响,表明该体系产生的自由基以氧自由基(OFR)为主。Ⅰ号益气药黄芪对OFR所致的MDA含量增加和SOD活性降低均无明显影响;Ⅱ号活血药与黄芪和活血药组成的益气活血药Ⅲ号均可抑制OFR所致的脑组织MDA增加,但对其所致的SOD活性降低均无明显影响。结果提示,黄芪对OFR所致的脑组织脂质过氧化损伤无明显影响,活血药和益气活血药在体外可抑制OFR所致的脑组织脂质过氧化损伤,其作用与抗氧化酶无直接关系。实验未观察到黄芪与活血药配伍有明显的交互作用,提示其作用效应可能主要由活血药所表达。
With producing system of FeSO4/ascorbate free radical in vitro,the author found thatlipid peroxiation,MDA,in rat’s brain increased in concentration dependence,but its superoxide dismutaseactirity(SOD)reduced also in concentration dependence,and mannitol and liqustrazine didn’t affect obvi-ously MDA,which implied that the main free radical produced in the System mentioned above was oxide freeradieal(OFR).In the experiment,strengthening qi medicine I,Astragalus root,didn’t affect obviausly in-crease of MDA and reduce of SOD caused by OFR.Both activating blood medicines Ⅱ and reinforcing qiand activating blood medicines Ⅲ consisting of Astragalus and activating blood herbs could iulubite increaseof MDA in brain caused by OFR,but they couldn’t obviously affect lowering of SOD activity.Theresultsioferred that Astragalus had no obvious effect on liplti peroxide injury in brain owing to OFR.Bothactivating blood medicines wuld invigorating qi and activating blood medicines could iuhibite the injury invitro.The action did not directly relate to antioxidase.In the experiment,the evident interaction of combina-tion between Astragaslus and activating blood medicine was not observed,which inferrs that its action mainlydepend on activating blood medicines.
