摘要
利用大鼠急性脑缺血-再灌注模型,观察了人参皂甙单体Re对急性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。实验结果表明,Re(10mg/kg)iv能显著地抑制脑缺血-再灌注过程中超氧化物歧化酶的活性下降和脂质过氧化物代谢产物即丙二醛的升高,从而推测Re对脑缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用可能与抑制氧自由基及脂质过氧化物有关。
The data show that Re 10mg/kg i. v. 10 minutes before ischemia significantly improved superoxid dismutase activity and suppressed the rise of malonaldehyde after 30 minutes ischemia followed 60 miunutes of reperfusion. The result suggests that ginsenolide Re has protective effect on cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury probably by inhibiting free radicals and subsequent lipid peroxidation.
