摘要
指出了数字化保护在应用过程中必须面对的通信延时、海量采样数据处理以及数据采集传输回路受干扰导致采样数据丢失和畸变等问题。分析了数据源驱动法和增加预留缓冲区的定时调度法2种数据处理调度机制。设计了等间隔采样和每周期定点数采样数据处理方法,提出了采样数据无效情况下保护应采取的动作策略。所提出的方案已在装置中实现并通过了实时数字仿真系统(RTDS)和动模试验验证。
Communication delay, mass data processing and sampling data lost or error caused by electromagnetic disturbance during transmission are the problems which must be faced in digital protection. Two data processing scheduling schemes: sampling data driving method and timing scheduling with preset data buffer, are analyzed. Data processing methods separately based on equal interval sampling and fixed point sampling per cycle are designed. The action strategies of digital protection in case of invalid sampling data are proposed. The proposed schemes have been applied to a digital protection device,which has passed the test of real time digital simulator (RTDS) and dynamic analog experiment of electric power systems.
