摘要
较为全面地综述了国内外在电力系统频率概念及其测量技术方面的研究成果。以观测模型为依据,探讨了各种电力系统频率概念的异同;针对频率测量的目的,提出测量的基本要求;以测频主算法的数值特征为线索对历史上各种测量算法进行了系统的分类与评述;讨论了测量的硬件实现及其测试;最后对电力系统频率测量的发展趋势提出看法。
The recent achievements in the field of power system frequency measurement are summarisedin this paper. Firstly, the various definitions of power system frequency are described on the basisof signal observation model. Secondly, some basis requirements of frequency measurement are put forwardin the light of application purpose. Then comes the classification and assessment of the multifarious frequency estimation algorithms. The hardware realization and test are also touched on. In conclusion,the trend of power system frequency measurement is naturally educed.
