摘要
以大量仿真、实测结果为依据论述了目前惯用的“周期法”频率定义的局限性。这种频率定义及相应的周期法测频原理不能正确反映在发生各种电磁过渡过程和机电过渡过程时电力系统的真实频率,在有噪音、谐波及操作干扰等情况下尤甚。作者提出的新的电力系统频率定义及相应的“虚拟转子法”频率测量原理,有可能给电力系统动态频率测量带来变革性的影响。
This paper analyses the classical periodic method of frequency calculation and describes the limitation of the definition and the method of measurement. The system frequency is the electrical frequency of a inertial center of the power system. Because the voltage and current at any point, especially in mid-and low voltage networks, are influenced by harmonics, noise and other factors in operation, the node frequency measured with classical method cannot properly represent the system frequency. Taking into consideration the fact that power systems are more precisely represented as multi-phase rotatory fields and that their true dynamic frequency is closely related to certain inertial character of rotatory mass, a new definition of system dynamic frequency, local system dynamic frequency, generators dynamic frequency and any node dynamic frequency is established. A new dynamic frequency measuring principle based on the dynamic frequency definition is also describled. Results of simulation and experiment confirm the applicability of the proposed approach.
