摘要
电网频率是重要的电能质量指标之一,频率的高精度测量同时也是许多应用技术的基础。该文介绍一种基于相位差校正的电网频率测量方法。理论分析和仿真表明这种方法具有较强的抗干扰性,其频率测量精度主要与信噪比、频率偏差及采样数据的长度有关。该方法原理简单、运算速度快、校正精度高,能够满足电力系统测量实时性要求。
Power system frequency is one of the most important indexes of power quality. The high-precision frequency measurement is the base of a great deal of applied technologies. In this paper, a phase difference correction method is presented to correct the power frequency. This method has strong anti-disturbance capability by theoretical analysis and simulation. Frequency measuring accuracy is mainly related to signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), frequency excursion and the length of sampled data. With the characteristic of principle simple, high speed and accuracy, the method can meet the need of real-time frequency measurement in power system.
