摘要
目的探讨乳鼠心肌裂解液对S180小鼠移植瘤生长的影响。方法提取制备乳鼠心肌细胞裂解液(car-diac muscle cell lysate of neonaterat,CMCLnr),建立S180小鼠移植瘤模型,以顺铂组为阳性对照组,生理盐水为阴性对照组,CMCLnr再分别分为30mg/kg、60mg/kg、90mg/kg三个不同的剂量组腹腔给药,然后观察不同实验组对S180小鼠移植瘤生长的影响。结果各组小鼠移植瘤接种成活率均为100%。CMCLnr各剂量组肿瘤出现时间均晚于阴性对照组(P<0.05),实验各组肿瘤瘤重均小于阴性对照组,肿瘤抑制率DDP、CMCLnr(30mg/kg、60mg/kg、90mg/kg)分别为81.23%、63.09%、65.44%、66.06%,与阴性对照组比较。差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),且无明显剂量依赖性;CMCLnr各组的小鼠体重增加均大于生理盐水组,而顺铂组明显抑制小鼠生长(P<0.05)。结论乳鼠心肌裂解液对S180小鼠移植瘤生长具有一定的抑制作用,且对小鼠无不良反应。
Objective To expore the inhibitory effect of the cardiac muscle cell lysate of neonate rat(CMCLnr) on S-180 mice-transplanted tumor in vivo.Methods To prepare cardiac muscle cell lysate of neonate rat(CMCLnr).And then to establish the modal of mice bearing S-180 cancer cells,using the DDP as the positive control and the 0.9%NS as the negative control,CMCLnr were divided into 30mg/kg,60mg/kg,90rog/kg,respectively.The mice were treated by i.p.injection by the test materials with corresponding dose.And then to observe the effect of different groups on S-180 mice-transplanted tumor.Results The innoculation survival rate of S 180 mice-transplanted tumor were 100%.The time of the tumor-formation in CMCLnr with different dose were later than that in 0.9%NS(P〈0.05).The differences in tumor weights of mice were statistically significant(P〈0.001).The inhibitory rate of tumor in DDP group,CMCLnr30mg/kg group,CMCLnr60mg/kg group,CMCLnr 90mg/kg group were 81.23%,63.09%,65.44% and 66.06%,respectively.And there were not obviously dose dependent in CMCLnr groups.The weight of mice increase in CMCLnr groups with different dose were more than that in 0.9%NS,but DDP inhibited the growth of mice(P〈0.05).Conclusion The CMCLnr can inhibit the growth of S-180 mice-transplanted tumor in vivo without side effect.
