摘要
通过对队列研究的相关介绍,阐述了:1)队列研究在胃癌辨证标准中的应用依据,即(1)队列研究能够动态观察胃癌治疗的全过程,(2)治疗手段不同,症状变化也不同,是运用队列研究的主要依据。2)运用队列研究需要注意的问题。3)队列研究,更能揭示其胃癌中医证型的演变规律。
Through a relevant introduction of cohort study,the paper expounded the following main questions.The application basis of cohort study in the standards of syndrome differentiation in gastric cancer,including：cohort study,the ability to dynamically observe the whole process of treatment of gastric cancer;the main basis for the use of cohort study was the different treatments and the different symptoms;the issues need attention in cohort study＇s application;cohort study can better reveal the evolved rule of TCM＇S type of syndrome in gastric cancer
