摘要
神经内分泌癌为一种来源于神经内分泌系统的恶性肿瘤,多发生于具有内分泌功能的器官和组织,而原发于口腔颌面部黏膜的神经内分泌较为少见。本文报道发生于左侧咽旁神经内分泌癌一例,并结合相关文献回顾研究,对这类疾病的流行病学、临床表现、诊断和治疗等方面做相关介绍。
Neuroendocrine carcinoma is a kind of malignant tumor of neuroendocrine system with a poor prognosis. It arises more of- ten in the organs and tissues which have endocrine function, while it arises rarely in the oral and maxillofacial mucosas. We report a rare case of neuroendocrine carcinoma in oral pharynx on the left side, and we try to make a detailed introduction about epidemiology, clinical manifestations, pathological diagnosis, and treatment of the disease.
