摘要
依赖于外部条件根本改善的内部制度规范是目前我国农民专业合作社健康发展的关键。通过对大户主导型、资本主导型和农民主导型合作社的典型案例分析可见,目前,合作社发展中遭遇到的瓶颈是人才培养,政府恰当的扶持、合作社联社的建立、合作社的融资以及具有合作社企业家精神的合作社带头人的产生问题等。解决这些问题依赖于合作文化氛围的塑造,政府定位的准确以及合作社总体发展战略的规划等外部条件的调整。
The key to sound development of farmer's be regulated only when external conditions could be professional cooperatives is the internal institutions which could essentially improved. Based on analysis of typical cases of rich family-dominated, capital-dominated and farmers-dominated professional cooperatives, we could find that the difficuh problems for cooperative 's development are talents cultivation, government 's appropriate support, establishment of cooperative's federation,finance and generation of enterprising leaders for cooperatives. Solutions to these problems depend on external conditions adjustment as building cultural atmosphere for cooperatives, accurate positioning by government and regulation of general development strategy for cooperatives.
