摘要
集体行动理论和经济法的责权利相统一原则,为完善合作社核心成员兼任管理者的约束激励机制,提供了一个分析框架:约束之"责"和激励之"利"。约束之"责"由积极的"责"、消极的"责"和"责"的保障复合而成,激励之"利"有人力资本之"利"、剩余索取之"利"和资本转让之"利"三个层次。无论是约束之"责"还是激励之"利",都不能不到位、缺位或严重失衡。
To perfect the restraint and incentive mechanism of managers coming form the core members of the cooperative, the theory of collective action and the unity principle of responsibility, right and benefit of economic law provide a framework of analysis : "responsibility" of the restraint and "benefit" of the incentive. "Responsibility" of the restraint is made up of the positive "responsibility", the negative "responsibility" and the security of "responsibility". "Benefit" of the incentive has three levels: the "benefit" of human capital, the "benefit" of the remainder obtained from the profit and the "benefit" of capital transfer. Neither the" responsibility" of the restraint nor "benefit" of the incentive can not be in place, or lack or seriously imbalanced.
