护理本科实习生自主学习能力现状及影响因素研究 被引量:37

摘要 [目的]了解护理本科实习生自主学习能力及影响因素。[方法]对在重庆市5所三级甲等医院实习的护理本科实习生223人进行自主学习能力测量,分析影响护理本科实习生自主学习能力的因素。[结果]护理本科实习生自主学习能力总分为(94.74±11.51)分;影响自主学习能力的主要因素有专业兴趣、学习动机、自信心和教学方法。[结论]护理专业本科实习生自主学习能力水平偏低,应采取针对性干预措施,提高护理本科实习生自主学习能力。 Objective:To know the self-learning ability of nursing undergraduate students and its influencing factors.Methods:Self-learning ability of 223 nursing undergraduate students from 5 third-grade class-A hospitals in Chongqing city was measured.And factors influencing the self-learning ability of undergraduate nursing students were analyzed.Results:The total score of self-learning ability nursing of undergraduate students was 94.74±11.51.Main factors influencing the self-learning ability of undergraduate nursing students included professional interest,learning motivation,self-confidence and teaching methods.Conclusion:The self-learning ability of undergraduate nursing students was low.Corresponding intervention measures should be taken for enhancing the self-learning ability of nursing students.
