本科护生学业自我效能感、成就动机与自主学习能力的关系 被引量:91

Relationships Among Academic Self-efficacy,Achievement Motives and Autonomous Learning Ability in Nursing Students

摘要 目的了解护生学业自我效能感、成就动机和自主学习能力现状,探讨学业自我效能感和成就动机对自主学习能力的影响,并提出相应对策,为护理教学改革提供参考。方法采用学业自我效能感问卷、成就动机量表和自主学习能力测评量表对118名护理本科生进行调查。结果护生学业自我效能感总分为(23.41±3.32)分,学习能力自我效能显著高于发展能力自我效能(P<0.01)。护生成就动机总分为(6.19±10.94)分,追求成功的动机显著高于避免失败的动机(P<0.01)。护生自主学习能力总分为(88.65±9.37)分,其中自我管理能力和学习合作能力相对较好(P<0.01)。专业兴趣高的护生其自主学习能力显著高于兴趣较低的护生(P<0.01)。护生学习能力自我效能、发展能力自我效能、追求成功的动机与自主学习能力呈显著正相关(均P<0.01),避免失败的动机与自主学习能力呈负相关(P<0.05);追求成功的动机、发展能力自我效能、学习能力自我效能是自主学习能力的影响因素。结论学业自我效能感和成就动机是影响护生自主学习能力的重要因素,故应加强护生学业自我效能感和成就动机的培养,以提高其自主学习能力。 Objective To investigate nursing students' academic self-efficacy, achievement motives and autonomous learning ability, to explore the relationships among them and to take some measures to improve their autonomous learning ability. Methods The academic self-efficacy, achievement motives and autonomous learning ability in 118 nursing students were investigated by using questionnaires. Results The total score of nursing students' academic self-efficacy was (23.41 ± 3.32). and the score of learning ability self-efficacy was significantly higher than that of developing abili- ty self-efficacy (P〈0.01). The total score of nursing students' achievement motives was (6.19 ± 10.94), and the score of success-oriented motive was significantly higher than that of failure-threatened motive (P〈0. 01). The total score of nursing students' autonomous learning was (88.65±9.37), and the subscales of self-management ability and learning collaborative ability were relatively better (P〈0.01). Nursing students who were interested in their major had higher autonomous learning ability (P〈0.01). The learning ability self-efficacy, developing ability self-efficacy and success-oriented motive were positively correlated with autonomous learning ability (P〈0.01 for all), and failurethreatened motive was passively correlated with autonomous learning ability (P〈0.05). Autonomous learning ability could be forecasted by failure-threatened motive, learning ability self-efficacy and developing ability self-efficacy. Conclusion Academic self-efficacy and achievement motives are important factors which affect nursing students' autonomous learning ability, So we can improve their autonomous learning ability by enhancing their academic self-efficacy and achievement motives.
