摘要 采用酶法提取无患子皂苷,研究了酶的类型对无患子皂苷提取的影响,并通过正交实验优化酶法提取工艺。结果表明,纤维素酶有助于无患子皂苷的提取,酶提法的较优工艺条件为:纤维素酶用量为无患子粉末质量的0.1%,酶提时间2.5 h,酶提温度50℃,pH值4.7。此时,无患子皂苷的提取率达到86.59%,比未加酶处理时提高了19.63%。 The sapindus saponins was extracted by enzyme extraction, the effect of enzyme type on sapindus saponins extraction was researched and the extraction parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that ceUulase can be used to enhance sapindus saponins extraction. The optimal cellulase hydrolysis conditions for extracting the sapindus saponins are as follows: cellulase amount 0.1%, extraction time 2.5 h, temperature 50℃ and pH 4.7. Under the optimum conditions, the extraction yield of sapindus saponins reached 86.59% ,which increased by 19.63% than of non-treated sample.
