摘要
总结了近年来杜仲活性成分的提取和分离纯化方法,对每种方法的优缺点和适用范围进行了小结;以开发杜仲活性成分为目的,提出了提取和分离纯化杜仲活性成分的几点建议。
The methods of extraction, separation and purification of active components from Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. were reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of each method was analyzed,and the application scope of each method was summarized. At last, some suggestions were proposed to comprehensively extract and purify Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. active components.
