摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定4个产地白花蛇舌草中槲皮素含量的方法。方法采用Zorbax SB-C18(250μm×4.6mm,5.0μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸(体积比30∶70),检测波长为370nm,流速:1mL·min-1。结果槲皮素在0.05～0.40μg范围内与峰面积成良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.40%,RSD为0.94%(n=9)。结论本法快速、灵敏、准确,测定了四个产地白花蛇舌草中槲皮素的含量:福建>广西>湖北>江西,为评价白花蛇舌草的内在质量提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of quercetin from Oldenlandia diffusa （Willd.） in four different producing areas. METHODS The analysis was performed on an HPLC C18 column （250μm×4.6mm,5.0μ） at the detection wavelength of 370nm. The mobile phase consisted of second nitriles-0.2 % phosphoric acid （30：70） with a flow rate of 1mL·min^-1 .RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.05 --0.40μg of quercetin （r = 0.9999）.The average recovery was 100.40% with RSD 0.94% （n = 6） . CONCLUSION The method is smiple, rapid and accurate for the determination of quereetin from Oldenlandla diffusa （Willd.） in four different producing areas, the content of Quercetin：Fujian 〉Guangxi〉Hubei〉Jiangxi, which could be used for the quality control of Oldenlandia diffusa （Willd.）.
