摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定4个产地白花蛇舌草中槲皮素含量的方法。方法采用Zorbax SB-C18(250μm×4.6mm,5.0μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸(体积比30∶70),检测波长为370nm,流速:1mL·min-1。结果槲皮素在0.05~0.40μg范围内与峰面积成良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.40%,RSD为0.94%(n=9)。结论本法快速、灵敏、准确,测定了四个产地白花蛇舌草中槲皮素的含量:福建>广西>湖北>江西,为评价白花蛇舌草的内在质量提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of quercetin from Oldenlandia diffusa (Willd.) in four different producing areas. METHODS The analysis was performed on an HPLC C18 column (250μm×4.6mm,5.0μ) at the detection wavelength of 370nm. The mobile phase consisted of second nitriles-0.2 % phosphoric acid (30:70) with a flow rate of 1mL·min^-1 .RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.05 --0.40μg of quercetin (r = 0.9999).The average recovery was 100.40% with RSD 0.94% (n = 6) . CONCLUSION The method is smiple, rapid and accurate for the determination of quereetin from Oldenlandla diffusa (Willd.) in four different producing areas, the content of Quercetin:Fujian 〉Guangxi〉Hubei〉Jiangxi, which could be used for the quality control of Oldenlandia diffusa (Willd.).
